The Self -Trust Reset Method is grounded in the principle that your wisest mind already knows how to make your life work. This intelligence guides every session. Together, we connect you with that wisdom. The sessions work across four dimensions – Mind, Body, Soul and Self- to remove the emotional blocs standing between you and more joy, clarity and direction.

Session One: Mind
REVEAL
Session Two: Body
RELEASE
CLEAR THE NOISE. Your words are the beginning of your freedom. In Session one we use language and self-talk to name what you're releasing and reveal a vivid picture of the life waiting on the other side. We become crystal clear on precisely what you want to reset and how this will benefit your life. After an introductory hypnotic session we end with a simple self-hypnosis technique to support you between sessions and afterwards.
FIND IT, FEEL IT, FREE IT. You may have tried to think your way out of anxiety and self-doubt. But some things can't be reasoned away — they have to be felt and released. In Session Two we use gentle hypnotic and somatic techniques to locate where conflict and tension reside in your body, and guide you to diminish and release it. This is where real, lasting change can begin to take hold.
Session Three: Soul
REBUILD
REBUILD SELF TRUST AND CONFIDENCE. Self-trust doesn't disappear without a reason. In Session Three we go back to the origin of the conflict — the moment where you stopped believing in yourself. Through hypnosis, you become your own healer, meeting that place with new understanding and compassion, letting go of what has kept you stuck ever since.

RENEW
STEP INTO YOUR LIFE. In this session, you fully embody your aligned Self, free from the limiting belief and behavior that impeded your joy, and step fully into who you are now.
