Hypnosis allows us to work directly with the part of your brain that understands what is best for you. I offer single sessions for temporary issues, and focused four-session hypnosis intensives designed to release self-sabotage, resolve internal conflict, and create lasting internal freedom. The process is intentional, collaborative, and paced to support meaningful, lasting change.

* Unless a hypnotist is also a licensed medical professional, they do not diagnose, treat, or cure physical pain. A professional hypnotist may help people reduce or fade their experience of certain types of discomfort by working with the mind–body connection.

Clients can be legally and gently taught self-hypnosis techniques to reduce their experience of physical discomfort. This can be an empowering tool, as it gives individuals skills they can access for themselves, whenever needed. In many cases, one session is enough to learn both self-hypnosis and basic pain-management techniques.

HOW IT WORKS
Session One: Clarifying the Pattern
We begin by slowing things down. This first session
focuses on identifying patterns that have been
repeating despite insight, effort, or understanding.​
Together, we establish a clear intention for the work.
You’ll connect with your own inner wisdom - the voice
within that already knows how to make your life work and always tells the truth. This is where lasting transformation
begins. Many clients experience an immediate sense of
relief simply from working at this level. You'll also learn
self-hypnosis, giving you practical tools to continue your progress between sessions.

Session Two: Working at the Source
In the second session, we move more fully into accepting
positive suggestions. You enter a state of deep relaxation
where you are open to accepting positive suggestions that
support your well being and goal. Here, the underlying
structures often formed long before the present situation, begin to shift. You'll receive a personalized audio
recording to reinforce your progress and support
continued transformation between sessions.

Session Three: Integration and Alignment
As change takes hold, this session supports integration.
Specific dynamics that used to trigger unwanted
responses are addressed and new responses are
suggested to replace the old. Clients often notice subtle
and meaningful differences in how they respond to
familiar dynamics - less inner conflict, more ease.
This session helps ensure that the changes are fully
embodied.

Session Four: Stabilizing Change
The final session focuses on consolidation and forward movement. We reinforce the shifts that have occurred and
orient the subconscious toward maintaining them over time. Clients often leave this session with a quiet confidence and
a felt sense of freedom that feels natural.​​

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis can be explained as the inner stories you tell yourself and believe.

It is the art and science of using focused energy and intentional language to reshape those inner stories so real, lasting change can occur. When the story changes, new behaviors follow.
A professional hypnotic suggestion allows you to realign your beliefs, decisions, and actions with your well-being and goals. When your inner self accepts a new idea, realization and change happen naturally. It really can be that simple. ​

Hypnosis is often described as a state of deep relaxation,
heightened awareness and heightened focus. In this state you
gain access to the part of your mind where habits, emotions
and beliefs live. This is where limiting patterns can be released -
and where clarity, confidence and an improved sense of
well-being can take their place.

During a hypnosis session, you are gently guided into relaxation. Carefully crafted suggestions are then offered directly to your subconscious, helping to reset specific behaviors, emotions, and inner “stories” so they support the life you want to live.
