What is Hypnosis?

Hypnosis can be explained as the inner stories you tell
yourself and believe.

Hypnosis is the art and science of using focused energy, somatic principals (the mind-body connection), and intentional language to reshape inner stories. When the story changes, and your inner self accepts a new idea, new behaviors follow. It can be just that simple.

During a hypnosis session, you are gently guided into relaxation. Carefully crafted suggestions are then offered directly to your subconscious, where you can create new neural pathways, helping to reset specific behaviors, emotions, and inner “stories” so they support the life you want to live.

Hypnosis doesn’t take control away from you—it restores it.
You learn to guide your mind with intention, rather than being
guided by old patterns. From there, transformation becomes
natural and empowering. It feels like personal freedom.

READY FOR REAL CHANGE?

As a professional hypnotist, I specialize in transformational hypnosis: a gentle yet powerful method that helps you live a life aligned with your well-being and goals, resulting in more joy, motivation, and increased freedom from limiting attitudes.

I work with intelligent, high-functioning people who feel stuck despite insight, or will power. Even if you understand your patterns, you may still find yourself repeating them. Hypnosis allows us to work directly with the part of your brain that understands what is best for you. I offer single sessions for temporary issues, and focused multi-session hypnosis intensives designed to release self-sabotage, resolve internal conflict, and create lasting change.

* Unless a hypnotist is also a licensed medical professional they do not diagnose or cure physical pain. A professional hypnotist may help people reduce or fade their experience of certain types of discomfort by working with the mind–body connection. Clients can be legally and gently taught
self-hypnosis techniques to reduce their experience of
physical discomfort. This can be an empowering tool, as
it gives individuals skills they can use for themselves
whenever needed. In many cases, one session is enough
to learn both self-hypnosis and basic pain-management
techniques.

THE HYPNOSIS SESSION

Hypnosis sessions are one hour appointments. Key
components are selectively and uniquely designed to
achieve your goal. Some clients experience meaningful
change in one session, while others benefit from a series.
This work is based on the premise that your deepest mind already knows how to make your life work - hypnosis puts you in touch with that wisdom, and
suggestions are given to you that help you achieve
positive change.

Key Components:
1. Clarifying Your Intention
First, we identify what you wish to resolve or change and
define what success would be like for you. Many clients
experience relief simply from gaining this clarity.

2. Working with Your Mind–Body Connection
Thoughts, emotions and the body are deeply interconnected. Stress and fear are felt physically through the nervous system. This aspect of the
session addresses how and where these patterns are
experienced in the body and gently releases their hold.

3. Addressing the Origin of the Issue
Sustainable change often requires understanding when a
pattern first formed. We can access the source or origins
of an issue so you can let go of outdated beliefs and
behaviors that no longer serve you.

4. Connecting with Inner Wisdom
Beyond changing patterns, this work strengthens access to your deeper intelligence - the part of you that holds
clarity, direction and self-trust. Clients often find this to
be one of the most valuable and lasting aspect of
the sessions.

5. Learning Self-Hypnosis & Ongoing Support
Repetition strengthens new, positive neural pathways formed in hypnosis. You will learn self-hypnosis to
continue reinforcing positive attitudes and responses,
regulate stress, and access inner resources on your own.
I create self-hypnosis recordings to support your
practice and strengthen the new neural pathways
between sessions.

One Session: $250.
Three Sessions: $750.
Four Sessions: $800.
