A 3-Step Reset to Quiet Your Mind (In Under 5 Minutes)

1. Regulate your breath: Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, hold for 4, exhale through your mouth for 6 counts, then pause for 2 counts. Repeat for three slow cycles. This breathing pattern signals your nervous system to relax.


2. Visit a joyful place. Close your eyes and imagine a place that brings you happiness—real or otherwise. Engage all your senses: notice the colors, sounds, scents, textures, and even tastes. Let your mind fully arrive there.


3. Add a positive suggestion. Smile, and silently say to yourself: “My mind and body are totally refreshed with new energy." Let the smile spread through your whole body as you take one more easy breath. This is the most important step! Smile, Smile Smile!


In just a few minutes, you’ve given your mind a reset and your body a boost. Small practices like this, done consistently, create real calm and clarity over time
